The hotel is very comfortable as you can spend time in several different areas, it's child-friendly and the food is really excellent. The sun bathing area around the pool is very good too. There aren't enough parking spaces - we had to park the car across the road away from the hotel.

If you are looking for a peaceful holiday STAY AWAY!. The hotel was so full that breakfast was like a zoo, people pushing for food, children running around, food all over the floor. There was no where to sit by the pool, it was packed, people were screaming, food everywhere, glass bottles on the floor, broken glass on the floor, and the cherry on the cake was people smoking week. On top of this, no one on reception spoke English, so could not even raise concerns - all in all a fortune and a disaster !!!!

very nice stay

very pleasant stay. The room was big and very clean. super friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, varied, and very tasty, everything we ate was just great. The pool is very nice. great location. 2 minus: 1) the hotel doesn't have its own beach so you have to pay for a bed on the beach 2) no parking available. we parked in sandy parking and got a traffic report. I would suggest updating on parking options during check in..

There was a holiday on the days we stayed, so more people than usual. Hotel was under stuff. It seemed as if they didn’t care about tourists staying at their place. Wouldn’t turn on the espresso machine to serve coffee as they usually do, due to the holiday. Luckily, we had the best waiter and waitress for breakfast (Mila & Aleksey). They they made us feel welcome and top priority.

The hotel was not cleaned well. The pool area was dirty from the prior day. It should be hosed down daily bi found myself stepping on crumbs and food from the prior day. The bathroom flooded easily due to the shower stall

Nice but not really 5 Stars

We stayed for 1 night to at this hotel. The check in took a bit of time but that is expected on a busy Check in day. The pool is a great place to relax and has a nice view of the water. Everything was great until I tried to make a cup of coffee and found out there is cleaning chemicals in the kettle. When I called to complain that treated it like its no big deal that I just drank a dangerous substance and switched the kettle. After that we decided to have breakfast and leave early. Since I drank that chemical that was in the kettle i couldnt really eat breakfast but it looked good atleast.

Tengo 1 cargo no reconocido al momento del checkin. Reclame en recepción y no hicieron nado. Me dieron email para que reclame y la dirección no funciona. Pedi 1 recibo del cargo y no me lo dieron. Casi 2 horas reclamando y nada.
