"Staff very helpful. Hotel general areas clean. Room clean on arrival and maid serviced daiky. Pillows and bed comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Very good location for access to train station, easy to get to central Amsterdam and to Schipol. "

"Major pluses: Great for transport - tram (20 mins), metro (30 mins) and train (5 mins!) to Centraal Station. Cheery, friendly, helpful staff. Room to store luggage on last day. Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher. Good-sized room. Comfy bed. Clean, newl, well-appointed room. Quiet. Reasonable price. Minor minus: No replenishing of washing-up liquid. Overall: A great stay. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and there was ALWAYS someone at reception. Brilliant for travel into, or out of, Amsterdam. I'd happily stay here again."

"The front desk staff was very helpful and helped us navigate the tram system. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds were firm, which I prefer. The provided shower gel and body wash wasn’t very good, so bring your own. Great stay here and located in a good area."

"Just returned from my stay here and I had the best time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location from getting around Amsterdam as it’s very close to the station. The staff were so helpful they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and catered for. I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed & the other members of the front desk team who helped me when my flight was cancelled and managed to accommodate me at the last moment.
