The location is quite nice, close to everything and very convenient. However, it's an older hotel and some things aren't perfect. For example the elevator is very small and can barely fit 3 people without bags. But the staff is nice and helpful and overall it's a decent place. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very close to several restaurants, shopping and the train station. The hotel is currently going through major renovations and so the hotel was in great disorder. From heavy painting odors in the hallways, air conditioning did not work the entire time we were there. I chose this place because of its reviews and I would never stay at this hotel again. Don’t let the reviews make you think this is a nice hotel because it’s not!

I was stuck in an elevator due to a sudden mechanical trouble. it was the most horrifying experience, being locked in a dark, small and hot space, having difficulty in breathing. hotel staff were kind enough to encourage me from outside the elevator and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. However, the tiny little elevator needs improvement. there is only one elevator.

The AC was not working, even though they offered to change the room next day, the bathroom is in very poor condition, the toilet was not flush properly, they did try to fix it, the room was very small, hardly any room to walk,, will not recommend this hotel, the location is nice. We actually stayed in this hotel 42 years ago as I remember it was much nicer than…

Good location. Lady that checked us in was amazing. Rest of staff average and were unable to fulfill what should be a simple request of extra pillows as the ones in room were inadequate. Wifi also had next to no connectivity so not suitable for business travel at all. Perhaps this is due to the ongoing renovation which was not disclosed when we booked.
