St. Giles Apartments are many and run by a professional company. We stayed on Victoria Street , building 3 on the first floor. So please ensure the location of the flat which is different from office address 375 high street. The office was a 10 min uphill walk from railway station via fleshmarket close. Post registration which was smooth , the apartment was another 5 min towards the castle. Fantastic 1.5 rooms and a lavish living + kitchen. Bathroom is well done as well. The apartment is atop a busy mexican resturant ( no noise as bedrooms are in the back) and many other shops. The ONLY thing you need to know that they do not provide toileteries. While they claim a starter pack. But then when it accommodates 4, the toileteries are good for one. When we did raise to the office people as a mere feedback they were quite insisting that they are never recevied such a complaint before. We got a feeling we were wasting our good feedback on disinterested staff. Also no complimentary parking for this flat.
