To ensure full clarity we specifically market the apartment with the exact address including postcode as well as proximity to local attractions and our key collection office clearly noted; the opening line of this apartments description is “Situated in Old Tolbooth Wynd”. This information is displayed prior to any reservation being made and again throughout the booking process as well as in all confirmation documents but we are sorry if this information was overlooked when you made your reservation. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and mineral water in the apartment for our guests arrival and this was explained to your parents in our office but we are very sorry if there was any confusion over this when you entered the apartment.
