"GREAT HOST, VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERTANDING. GOOD LOCATION HOWEVER THE APARTMENT NEEDS A BIT OF TLC AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED HOWEVER EVERY DAY WAS EXACT SAME THING. PARKING WAS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WHICH WAS VERY APPRECIATED AND CONVENIENT. THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH NO 24/7 LOBBY OR CLEANING SERVICE, IN CASE YOU THINK IT IS A HOTEL-LIKE SETTING - IT IS NOT. OVERALL, I THINK IT IS A GREAT OPTION TO EXPLORE QUITO AND THE AREA. "

"Everything was great, except a little trouble with the main entrance, digital entry. Not all the numbers showed up but they quickly respinded. Having a washer and dryer was great and a kitchen. It was a spacious 2 bedroom that could sleep 6 comfortably."

"The peoperty itself was new and comfortable but the location was not in the section of odessa as advertized. The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. When I went there it was a delapadated fenced in area with no attendant. I ended up parking on the street. Not secure particularly in that northern section of town. That night we had...
