"I had an amazing stay at this Riverfront apartment. The location was unbeatable—right next to the ocean with a stunning ocean view that we enjoyed every day. The whole area was very clean and well maintained.The Airbnb itself was spotless, cozy, and very affordable for what it offered. Everything felt safe and secure, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. If you're visiting and want great value in a prime location, I highly recommend staying here."

"The place was beautiful and secure. However, we arrived very late due to a flight delay. The receptionist of the building seemed bothered by us getting there at 3 in the morning. We needed to take a shower due to the long day, but unfortunately the host left one towel knowing very well we were a family of 5. The air conditioning in the living room wasn’t working. We contacted the host to let them know about the a/c problem and to give us access to the pool, but the host never responded."

"The apartment has all the essentials you need, nice view of Guayas river and great location. Walking distance you have all types restaurants, neighborhood grocery store, pharmacy and more. Also near to Malecón 2000 and downtown, lots to explore in this area."

"The owner came to meet us and showed us the apartment. He is fluent in English and he was available to answer our calls promptly. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. We were missing a large pot for cooking soup. He arranged for his wife to bring it to the apartment. We would definitely return there for our next visit."
