"The hotel restaurant had an entree that was so delicious. It was called Creole Chicken Stew. For dessert, the Passion Fruit Cheesecake was out of this world. The staff treated me to the rewards member floor, which was a special gesture. The beds are so comfortable. The room was extremely clean. The shuttle, roundtrip to the airport, was efficient, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"It was great, I had to take a flight at 3:40 am, so booked the hotel that offers free suttle service to the airport, in order to relax a bit and get some hours of sleep before the flight Enjoyed the swimming pool by sunset backed by a river and nice trees; a caputtino w a very good croissant on their outside coffee shop and lovely dinner in the well appointed restaurant. A wonderful experience at terrific cost! "

"My husband and I spent 10 days in Ecuador and fell in love with it! We ended up staying at this hotel 3 times in those 10 days, simply because we adored this place. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, the customer service is top tier and the staff is always friendly. There is a pool, a steam room, a gym and an area to play board games! It's so fun to walk around this place. There are so many things to see and do right here. There are plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy yourself. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the room service is delicious, too! The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. You can walk out the front doors and you're in the heart of town! The price is unbeatable. We cannot wait to come back (and we will)! HIGHLY recommend. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would!!!"

"I noticed a big different from last year to now may be is because the country is going thru a lot of political pressure but people are scared to go out amd out gatherings are not the same, you see a lot of military people on the streets. The hotels is fabulous beacuse of the staff."
