"The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. This is not a fault of the hotel or its staff, just a statement of fact."

"The staff are very kind and polite and the hotel is beautiful. It is so quiet and peaceful and the room we stayed in was very large with a beautiful view of the garden. There is a lovely gin bar, a 711 onsite, and several great restaurants. The Shinagawa station has nearly every line and Shinkansen, so you do not need to change often. Will stay here again!"

"The hostel with best atmosphere I have ever seen. The hostel offers free good beer from 5:30 to 6:30 and many people come out of their shells and social, I have talked to many people and shared our travelling experiences. The bed is interesting, it can rise up to become a couch. The control/remote sometimes does not work when I press on it."

"We had a park view corner room on the 13th floor. Amazing views, spotless room, cleaned every other day. New slippers, pajamas, towels, and waters provided each time which was great to see after exploring Shibuya all day. The breakfast and hours (0700-1200) were also very good."
