"I have stayed here a few times before. Had issues with code for room access. After speaking to the lady from the call centre, a guy arrived and let me into the room. After about 10 or 15 mins he returned and gave me a new code.
After a long day of travelling I just wanted a shower and to crash out. Was a little inconvenient."
