I'm only complaining because when you pay over 100.00 for a motel room like it's the Hilton spa retreat resort and it's only a motel you expect perfect. Bishop water is soft and relaxing I really wanted a bath. "

"Arrived at 2:40PM. Desk staff was sitting outside smoking a cigarette. We were told we could not check in until 3:00. Left and returned at 2:50 and she was checking in a couple who had reserved 6 rooms. 45 minutes later after waiting in the heat, no AC in office. Was told I couldn’t have the ground floor room I reserved for my handicapped husband. I stood my ground a she “found” a ground floor room.
