"The motel was quiet and close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The AC was set at 74 and you couldnt change the temperature. You dont pay for a motel for them to determine what temperature you are allowed to have it at. Pet friendly but there were ants in our room, and the smoke detector was chirping when we got there had to change the 9 volt battery myself."
"The property was beautiful, the staff were all so welcoming and helpful! We were within walking distance of the entire town, it was a very relaxing stay!"
"Room was clean but looks like there was lack of proper maintenance several loose floor tiles for example overall I just wanted a clean room/ bed to spend the night in and this met that need"
"Air conditioner sounded like it had asthma it kept wheezing and coughing all night long and really did little to cool the room.
I wasn't aware that smoke detectors are triggered by taking a hot shower! Came rushing out of bathroom covered in soap looking for a fire found an annoying smoke detector that wouldn't turn off. Staff response was I'll let maintenance know and than asked if I had taken a hot shower?"
"Very convenient location and good price. Loved the knotty pine interior, Queen+Twin bedroom, large windows and bath tub. Nice helpful staff. Walk across the street to Walker Burger or there’s a cute coffee shop and park about 1/2 mile away."
