"There is no shuttle from the airport or to the cruises port. Room service forgot a food item and silverware. Refused to refund. The hotel looks dated lot of cosmetic work needed. A large breakfast buffet selection but I thought 29.99 is a lot for breakfast."

"Hotel was clean and staff were very kind. Breakfast was nice, but more variety would be nice. The carpet in the halls was not the cleanest and it was old, however I will note that they were changing out the carpet while we were there."
