"The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. "The bed could have been more comfortable, but the room was clean and the toilet was luxurious -heated seat with a bidet! Lots of interesting art to look at and the location is really close to the art museum and walking distance to the Adler theatre. We would stay again. "
