"Hotel reservation requests were not met. I made my reservation two weeks before my stay with a notation that the two rooms be adjoining. I even called the hotel directly to check that they could accommodate my request and I was assured that they would. Upon checking in I was told that two double queen adjoining rooms were no longer available. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience and settled for rooms across the hall from one another. To make matters even worse the heat in one of the rooms didn’t work. The breakfast was lackluster at best. Find another hotel! "

"Everything was just as described online. The train that travels back and forth all day takes some getting used to. Almost scared me to death at 3am the first night. Blows the horn right in front of the house. I'll be back."
