"The Black Hawk Hotel is older, but kept clean comfortable and safe. Unlike some other hotels the Black Hawk did not charge an incidentals amount on my card at check in only to return it later, I appreciated this. The only dissapointment is there is no onsite parking, we got a map showing 24 hour street parking. The closest being a block away."

"We stayed in this home with family members for Memorial Day weekend. We liked it well enough that we returned with other family members for a fall get away. The house looks new and was very comfortable for 6 adults, 2 tens, and 2 toddlers. The rooms are spacious. The teens enjoyed the large TV in their bedroom. We enjoyed the fire table on the deck, the fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs, and the hot tub. The fenced yard was good for privacy but also for the toddlers to play outside. It was helpful to have the washer and dryer. The host responded quickly to questions. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to Cedar Fall's Main Street with lots of good restaurants and cute shops. "

"This is a very beautiful small house that’s nice and spacious for two small families to enjoy! Close to everything to do in town and a quiet neighborhood to just relax after a long day of exploring. Will be staying again next time we are in town for the water park! "

"The description is true to the house. It's a charming brick home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds have mattress toppers which were comfortable and soft. The kitchen had pans, cookie sheets, and utensils. Everything you would need to make a meal. It worked well for our family of 6. There was plenty of room to sprawl and be comfortable yet close together for family meals and games. "
