"Knuffige kleine Wohnung in historischem Gebäude - mit all den Nachteilen, die so ein Gebäude mit sich bringt: schlechte Belüftung und veraltete Sanitäranlagen. Die Vermieterin war ganz ausgezeichnet und hat sich richtig viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Zum Strand ist es nur einmal über die Straße. Auch für die Hunde war es prima, da man bis zum 1. Mai mit ihnen an den Strand darf."

"We were really pleasantly surprised with the size of the property and it was clean and well equipped. It was in a great location between the town & pier and the marina. There was always space to park even it was sometimes a little bit down the road, so no problem there. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time away and would happily recommend it to family and friends. "Really nice apartment that has been decorated with a nautical theme with fabulous furniture fashioned out of boats. Nice and spacious for the three of us - a couple and a three year old who loved her bunkbeds. The apartment is less than five minutes walk to the town centre and same to the seafront. Really an ideal location for a getaway to Eastbourne. Safe off street parking was great too. The only disappointing factor was the terrible wifi. The router must be in another part of the building so...

"My husband, sister and I finished our walk along the South Downs Way at Eastbourne and stayed there 3 nights. It was a very pleasant end to a wonderful walk. It was our first visit to Eastbourne and we liked it very much (especially in comparison with Brighton where we'd spent the previous 2 nights!)"

"Overall the apartment was lovely. Very clean and spacious, especially the main bedroom. The layout of the lounge needs rearranging so as to be able to view the TV without straining your neck. The biggest flaw is the location of the plug sockets in the kitchen area - who puts them within a cupboard? Having to boil the kettle was a task in itself..... We had to use a wooden stool to stand the kettle on, to be able to reach the socket, then having to move the kettle, to set the coffee machine on,...
