"As a group of 5 friends wanting a weekend get together this was a prefect blend of comfort/quirkiness and countryside living. The converted Horsebox is very homely and tasteful as well as comfortable. We also added the hosts new Italian army truck as secondary accommodation so that we had more space to spread ourselves out. "Everything about Hastingford fisheries was perfect! They really had thought of everything you might want or need for a couple of days away. Geraldine and Mark were the best hosts; welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable about the local area but left us to ourselves to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be returning! Tab and Sam"

"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....
