"Charming hotel, great location, close to Grand Central. Room was clean, but not spotless as one might expect in a very old building with likely original windows and doors. Did not bother us in the slightest as the details were beautiful, and staff were thoughtful and courteous"

"The location was perfect, only two blocks from Grand Central Station. A short walk to anywhere of interest to us. The staff was professional, kind, and courteous. It was a great value, I felt like we should’ve paid more for what we got, but was glad we didn’t have to. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again on my next trip to New York."
