"It was great! Spacious, clean, the updates were lovely. I especially appreciated the triple-paned windows keeping out the city noise. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a wonderful place to stay, with all the amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Our room even had a separate bidet."

"Spacious room with little kitchenette, amazing service, and fantastic location"

"Clean room, location and view of the Empire State building. The only thing I didn’t like was renting a room with a kitchen for almost $900 and being told by staff that I had to provide my own dishwasher soap & sponges. They cost $1.25 at Dollar Tree and should be standard in every room that has a stove and sink."
