"We arrived early in the morning, and they were able to give us our room right away, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms are quite small for the price. I know that’s somewhat expected in New York, but we paid almost $1,800 for a four-night stay, so I did expect a little more. Housekeeping came every day, which was great, although the rooms could use a deeper cleaning. You can tell that areas like the walls, doors, and windows haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. My biggest complaint was the shower curtain. The shower itself is already pretty small, and the curtain is essentially a piece of cloth that constantly wraps around you while you’re showering. It made an already tight shower feel even smaller and wasn’t particularly pleasant. Despite those things, I would stay here again. The location was very convenient and being so close to Grand Central made it incredibly easy to get around the city."

"Great hotel experience overall. The location was perfect for a tourist and not too hectic like other parts of NYC. The hotel has a very cool bar and terrace. The rooms were clean and included thoughtful complimentary things. Staff were super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants and the subway. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was always clean. Only negative was we had 2 rooms booked and there was quite a difference in size between the two but price was the same."
