"The customer service is top notch especially the breakfast area staff! They were all very kind and courteous from reception to housekeeping. We got the accessible room and maybe it hasn’t been that used regularly hence the handheld shower head was somewhat moldy. There was no on site parking but that wasn’t so bad as there were nearby car park bldgs and we knew this prior to booking. "

"Big room, clean, remodeled, has kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, big shower. Comfortable king bed, nice pillows. Breakfast changes day to day, not much but different. Staff friendly. 3 fast elevators. Stayed 6 days attending trade show at Javits Center 3 blocks away. Stayed here many times in the past, biggest difference is Element has biggest rooms compared to all business hotels in the area or NYC hotels in general. "
