The staff here was amazing, from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the cafe. The front desk actually texted when I landed and welcomed me to Newark. I wasn't sure how to reach the air train, but they responded immediately when I texted for directions. I checked in online the day before so I was able to check in early at no additional cost. Rooms were spacious and clean and affordable. I felt safe here and I will definitely stay again.

It was a clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were good and a few were stand outs for being friendly and helpful. Driving to the location was slightly difficult because of the layout of streets, and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the airport shuttle service made getting to and from the airport very convenient. The only area that could use some attention is the carpet in the room, as it appeared to need a thorough cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
