Quite hotel considering it’s near the airport, Room is nice and spacious , surrounding area not too good not many restaurants around, the access to the is easy,you Can take a train into manhattan $28 return, would definitely stay again

The heating system was really loud. We asked Domenic’s ( front desk) for a change of room because of that and she was very gracious and helpful. The room was changed and we had a good night’s rest. Very handy to have the restaurant on site and 24 hour shuttle!

The staff were very polite and helpful. Wifi was adequate. It’s located close enough to bus stops and the train station to head to and from NYC. The room itself was clean, but I think there might be a bed bug problem. As the few nights I stayed there, I woke up to bites.

The convenience to the airport and the availability of a shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The comfortable bed and pillows was a bonus. The café was also a bonus for easy to grab sandwiches and drinks. They are in the process of updating the interior which is a good thing. It needs it! Room was clean so I over looked the tired appearance.
