"On arrival after a long drive from Las Vegas the guy behind reception was totally useless, the welcome I expected was very different from our stays in the previous days. He told us the apartment was “over there” pointing to across the road, so we left and drove over there to get our suitcases out of the car as it looked a fair distance to walk…. No this wasn’t the place so we had to drive all the way around the block and back to the reception, he still persisted to say over there and didn’t get out of his chair until I asked him to point to the apartment we were hooked for!! We were frustrated at this point as we were tired and just wanted to get to our apartment….after this we managed to find it and got in finally, all he had to do was show us but that was a problem for him.
This guy needs training on customer service, he was rude and not willing to help, he never even gave us our free welcome bottle of wine either!!
Very disappointed!!"
