"I liked this hotel because it has many shops and restaurants nearby. The bad thing was that the elevator was always bad, one day we ran out of hot water and they never came to clean in 3 weeks staying here. "

I'm not sure if it's right in Eagan, but the Dodge Nature Center is a beautiful, peaceful place for a walk. You can visit the birds of prey that live there.

Eagan is very nice, and we've stayed at many other very nice hotels, so it's simply a matter of very poor property management and facilities at Norwood. If it weren't so late, we would've just taken the loss and driven six hours back home.

"I loved my stay and would have loved it even more if the breakfast food (scrambled eggs, sausage patty, and breakfast potatoes) had been hot. They looked scrumptious, just a little cold. I understand it is hard to keep food hot without burning so it wouldn’t keep me from coming back. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do and see. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here ir at one of their other hotels across the country again. "
