Front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping was awesome! Waffles were main attraction at breakfast, no complaints from the kiddos there!!! Pool, sauna, and gym all were pretty amazing for the price!!! Just be cautious of the lake mosquitoes (nothing days inn can do about nature) those things bite through leggings!

I picked this location because of the distance from MOA and being pet friendly. The check in process went smoothly and I got my room keys quickly. As I walked to my room, the hallway had a strong smell of cat urine. When we got inside our room, it was the same way. I sprayed perfume multiple times to tame the smell with no success. Thankfully, we were only in our rooms to sleep but even then, there were stains on the sheets. People, I’m assuming occupants, were also hanging around outside the hotel. It was just a crummy place to be in, unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend staying here nor would I pick this location again unless I had no other choice.

The staff was very quick to help and very kind about every request I made. The room was sufficiently clean, the only evidence of someone else being there before me was a single gem on the tile. The issue was with the building itself. My shower didnt work, in fact it was halfway out the wall. My toilet barely flushed, I would push the plunger and it would begin to go down and then just stagnate because the tank was not draining fast enough to properly flush. The wifi was awful as well, constantly kicking me off or just flat out not working. Any issues at this location seem to be the fault of whoever is funding it.

MY STAY THERE WAS VERY PLEASANT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THEY EVEN OFFERED SEVERAL PROTIEN OPTIONS. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER TO THE AIRPORT WAS KIND AND THE DRIVE WAS SMOOTH. ALSO THE DRVER WAS MOST HELPFUL GETTING ME IN AND OUT OF THE VAN AND MAKING SURE I WAS STABLE ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE TICKET COUNTER

Our room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. We left too early for breakfast which starts at 6 on weekdays and 7 on weekends. Nice outside area behind the building for exercising our dog. It was overall nicer than I expected.

Me and my family with 3 kids stayed for a mini-cation to go to the Mall of America. Front desk woman was very nice. Pool a smaller size with a hot tub and a sauna. Kids had fun in the pool. The rooms and beds were clean. I would definitely stay again.

Good basic hotel. Clean and staff was very nice. They only have a continental breakfast. I am not much of a breakfast person so not a big deal for me but I assume others may want more. You get what you pay for and I thought we got a good deal. Just needed a place to shower and sleep while visiting family. We would stay again.
