Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Property in need of massive updates. I’ve stayed at the other two TownePalce Suites in the area that are nicer and better maintained than this on is. The curtains in our room were shredded, The tiling and baseboards, especially in the bathroom were all piling, rusted, or damaged. We stayed two nights and housekeeping did not come to our room, we had to go to the front desk to replenish our towels. The elevators are sketch: slow, loud, and screechy. Breakfast was passable, I mean they had different options, but nothing really hot and fresh. Probably fine if you need a short quick stay by the airport with a shuttle, but there is a Springhill next door that looked a tad nicer from the outside. I have usually had good luck with TownePlace, but not this time. I wouldn’t return without updates and wouldn’t recommend until then.
