"Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. I have lots of food intolerances from a long term illness and the bar and restaurant staff and the kitchen were in incredibly helpful and got everything right both times, first go. Trust me this is unusual. It took Gordon Ramsey restaurant 3 times of sending out food before I gave up and didn’t eat. Room was lovely. We had a view of the river and a lovely balcony. Highlight was watching the cows on the opposite bank. We would definitely recommend and return. "

"Really excellent hotel, super friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom, wetroom etc. But just like so many hotels. Insufficient lighting & insufficient sockets for mobile phones, laptops etc. This is a universal problem about all hotels today."
