"Pros: Excellent position on St Pete beach. Miles of beautiful white sand and warm water. Very low waves and shallow water so excellent for kids. Not at all crowded (May 6-May 13). Helpful staff. Cons: Pools were small so got crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair to sit in (lots of pools though). Parking is $25/day, but so are all the other hotels in the area. Chairs/Umbrellas on the beach were complimentary only for rows 2 and 3, but not first row (the kids working those were great btw). Delayed check out was $20/hour past 11:00am. These are nickel and dime'ing considering the cost of the hotel itself."

"The value you get with this property is amazing. It's quite basic as far as accomodations go, but it's truly a one stop shop. The location is super convenient. Pools, beach, great food drink and entertainment plus shops are all right there. We love it!"
