Additional rules
1. All staying guests need to provide a passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check-in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document is to be signed by the guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home terms & conditions between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 1500 AED (for short-stay guests) or equivalent currency (for monthly guests 2000 AED) to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in cash. Conduct that is not in accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behavior
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10 PM-8 AM. The noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbor when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guests should take care of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
