Everything was great. However, I’ve stayed at our similar hotels in Dubai, such as Jumierah Zabeel Saray, and this wasn’t quite on par with them. I wish the amenities (spa specifically) were more like other properties. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. The staff were absolutely helpful and kind.

Clean and modern room with amenities for our baby daughter. Hotel and surrounding grounds are very clean and well kept. Everything is walkable but there are plenty of buggy’s to drive you around when in a rush. Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars. All staff are kind, friendly and helpful. This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The bathroom was outstanding and large. The towels and robes were very plush. The room included daily cleaning and an evening turned down service. The pools and the beach were fantastic with great service. The pools were heated for January. All staff members were very cordial and accommodating. Things were definitely expensive, but Dubai is an expensive place.

As always it’s amazing at JBH. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are really comfortable. One thing that’s great at JBH is that it’s not as crowded as other hotels. And the guests are a bit more “classy” than many other hotels in the region.
