Pool was closed, beach was closed. Non of this was disclosed to me when i checked in. Rooms are ugly, looks like an apartment. I paid $750 a night to be on a beautiful beach and swimming pools, didn’t get none of that. Will not return. I reached out to their customer service, believing they would have the decency to offer a partial refund, all they said is “sorry”. Will not be returning

I would like to leave this review on behalf of all of my family, we came to JBH in October as a family with two young children, and have returned again in March. The reason for us returning is mainly because of our children begging us to return so they can use the kids club facilities and to also see the amazing Precious and Daisy, we travel a lot across the world and our children have never been keen to use a kids club! We would like to say a huge thank you for Precious for making this trip truly amazing for our children especially our youngest son who has become so attached to precious that he doesn’t want to leave, She has the kindest soul and so much love to give that our children simple beg us to go out of an evening so that precious can look after them. She goes above and beyond with them both and that is something truly special to find, Precious we are truly grateful for you and will continue to come back to ensure we see you and maintain the bond you have with our children. We have strict instructions we are now not aloud to go any where else on holiday! You have made a big impact in their little hearts. And we would like you to know how special you are to us as a family.
