The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond anything we expected. A very special thank you to Asif, the Rooms Manager, and Alejandra, the Public Relations Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their kindness meant so much to our family. While we have been looking for flights to return home, the truth is we almost don’t want to leave. It is the first time we have ever felt this way about a place.
