The staff were attentive and friendly, especially the check in staff and Robert in the on-site restaurant. The amenities and communal spaces were well thought out. The pool area was fabulous, and the on-site mini supermarket and self service laundry are added bonuses ( AED 50 wash/dry) A short walk to the metro station (Rove can be seen outside exit 4) and was only AED 6 from the airport. Also a short walk to the Deira city centre mall.

The Al Bandar Rotana was everything we expected and enjoyed. It is a reliable brand to be confident of excellent accommodation and without hesitation would stay again. Everything was perfect except for the housekeeping who were a little slack and left our bath mat on the floor untouched for 3 days but that comes down to the luck of having the right person to do your room, we didn't complain. We stayed at two hotels during our stay in Dubai and Vida Creek Beach was our preferred. It's located in a residential part of Dubai, lovely and quiet but still very easy to access the tourist locations, especially by Uber. Creek Harbour is a lovely 10minute walk which we enjoyed doing each day. We stayed in a Lagoon Suite which was very comfortable for our family of four.
