Holiday Homes in Droxford

"Great Annex, calm and peaceful location."

"Great location, lovely clean property can recommend."

"Jay was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We had a little issue that he immediately resolved"

"We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!"

"The location was okay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no WiFi for the duration. Communication with the maintenance guy was ok however he asked me to send emails to the ‘office’ about the internet issue but I had no response from the ‘office’. My bedding had spots of blood on it. All in all…it was not a great experience. Maintenance guy was very apologetic."

"We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

"Poor communication with the team when having to prove identification- left until 4 hours before checking in on the day to be told we were confirmed to stay. (Pending documentation).. Our room was a decent size and the bed comfy. They only left one towel between two adults- would recommend bringing your own.. tried to contact the host but they did not reply. The shower was boiling hot and could not adjust the temperature. Not sure if shower room had been cleaned prior to our arrival as found...

""I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this...

"Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

"arrived at property room was upstairs the stairs were very narrow and dangerous there was loads black bags in garden fence panel down no wear nice to sit not as described in photos at all messaged host took 3 hours get reply because I complained through booking still not sorted refund have photos of rubbish etc I’m disabled and couldn’t manage up down stairs to shared toilet etc sorry but I been staying in few places in Portsmouth these last couple weeks due to partner working there and this was...

"The room was clean, however the fan was dirty, blinds were broken. Walking into the property there was an open room full of clutter and mess, immediately in the hallway was what seemed to be a rolled up amount of carpet, and a house a dog that wasn’t disclosed on the listing. Bathroom functionality was poor as the shower dial was practically falling off of the wall and instructions were unclear on how to turn it off, worst bit was the shelf was covered in empty shampoo bottles and what looked to...
