"This is a hidden jewel in Petach Tikvah. I spent 10 days in the hotel in January and was incredibly impressed with how friendly and efficient all the staff were. "The facility is beautiful. It's very European inside out. The only challenge I had was the construction across the street that bothered me. The service was amazing and they immediately offered to transfer me to their other property- Prima City that was really outstanding- my room was great, location was even closer to the beach and the service was really exceptional.
