"The front staff was amazing! So friendly and welcoming "

"The breakfast was not very good. The room was not totally restocked with bottle refills or tissues. Furniture was warn and noisy on back patio area."

"Room was just okay. The shower clogged while showering. The toilet seat was very small compared to average size toilet seats. Bed was comfortable. The pool was freezing for a so called "heated pool". When I asked to check the pool temperature, I got a lame excuse that it was "room temperature", nope, it was freezing. "

"Overall, my stay at Wingate by Wyndham was good in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities. The rooms were well maintained and the location worked well for my trip. However, the only major concern was the staff behavior. The staff was very rude and not welcoming, which really affected the overall experience. If customer service improves, this hotel would be a much better place to stay because everything else was satisfactory."

"Great hotel! We loved the vintage decor! Our room was spacious as well as the bathroom, bed was comfy too! We were able to walk all around the area, you can walk to the falls from the hotel! We would definitely stay here again!"
