"This Hotel was Great! Clean rooms, they were a little small, but thats ok for those who wont be in them much. Very friendly staff. The rooftop bar was perfect for a late night drink. It is in walking distance to many great shops, breweries, bars and amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"The Flat Iron Hotel is located in a historic building that has been lovingly restored and updated while preserving its history. The bed and bathroom are great with a very comfortable bed and shower with lots of water pressure. The only thing missing is a place to sit. There is only one chair and no table or desk. The rooftop bar has wonderful drinks as well as views. I am glad we came and would recommend it to like minded travelers."

"We kicked off our week long vacation with a few days in Asheville. The location of the apartment was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and were a stones throw to the July 4 festivities. The outdoor adventure park was close as well as hiking trails that were perfect for the kids. Everything was clean and updated. We didn’t spend a lot of time indoors because of all of the activities we did, but the time we did spend inside, was comfortable and perfect for us. "Property was clean. It looked like it was undergoing a renovation. The room was clean, shower had great pressure, breakfast was good. Will like to see it when renovation is done. One down side was the traffic noise. Weather was very cold. Windows were single paned and the inside of the window was iced over."

"Dated 5 story hotel, 3 blocks from the center of Asheville. We found it clean and in decent shape. Perfect for a week exploring The community and surrounding area. Pet friendly. Hope to stay here again on future visits."
