"Staff was wonderful and check in was quick and easy good direction on how to get to our room and time of breakfast and check out, at first room looks neatly and clean everything in place, opening closet door we found belongings of previous guests, also in drawers, in the restroom you could see little blood splattered on the wall and ceiling, we didn’t wanted to go back to lobby and ask for a new room we had our

Only gave four points on condition and not five because our room smelled like cigarette however I told the concierge and he was extremely quick to bring me to a better room and make sure our stay was excellent.
