"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The house is set on a sloped garden with beautiful views to all sides off tree lined pastures. A couple of friendly cows add to the picture and do not disturb the tranquility of the place. The house is immense with four closed bedrooms and a multitude of other sleeping areas, three sitting rooms, two kitchens, two laundry rooms and three bathrooms. "We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"Very friendly hosts and a lovely inviting house. The garden was really nice and plenty of seating areas for guests. Convenient for dining out as close to local amenities. Breakfast was also excellent."
