This little house is in an idyllc setting, just 6 miles or so from the the Dordogne river, with rolling hills in every direction. We both loved the views and the peace and quiet.There were issues with the property: (i) the double bed had a single duvet cover - not ideal when my husband is 6ft 2" ...

Barn built in 1814 located between the Maronne and the Dordogne valley
A lovely, rustic gite, clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Nicely isolated but only 10 minutes from Argentat-sur-Dordogne, with its shops and bars. The private pool was excellent and the patio was a lovely space to relax in the warm evenings.

Old house, private swimming pool, superb view, calm and nature
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks here. The garden and pool area are just breathtaking. It was a joy waking up every morning and looking outside.
