Not impressed, don't expect too much

We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which as so small that we barely fit and had problems closing the door, because our legs were too long. The breakfast was ok but some things had run low or out and while we were eating it was not refilled and other used tables had not been cleared

L’état de la chambre très bien, literie ok. Pas de clim malheureusement c’est dommage surtout quand il chaud. Le jaccuzy est payant du coup j’en ai pas fais. Par contre le réceptionniste qu’on a eu durant tout notre séjour ( jeune brun à barbe) vraiment pas agréable, il ne donne aucune info à part nous demander si on prend le petit dej. Hôtel sans ascenseur, en poussette pour notre bébé le réceptionniste ne nous a même pas proposé de mettre la poussette quelque part j’ai dû demander.. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est bon et varié.

Chambre spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse et une belle vue mais une forte odeur à renfermé en arrivant. Le grand lit était confortable mais le petit avait une literie vraiment très très dure!! Un tableau s'est décroché pendant la nuit emportant avec lui ce qu'il restait d'interrupteur.

Réservation Hotel.com pour une nuit du samedi au dimanche Arrivée vers 19h20, accueil peu agréable. On nous demande si nous mangeons au restaurant de l'hotel. Je demande le menu. On m'apporte la carte sans commentaire. Nous décidons de ne pas manger sur place par manque d'info et de motivation.On nous propose le petit déjeuner. Sans que l'on nous indique sa composition et son prix. 8,5€ annoncé. Je demande les horaires que nous n'aurions pas eu. Nous arrivons dans la chambre, elle est déjà occupe Le réceptionniste ne s'excuse pas et indique seulement ne pas avoir compris notre nom. Nous trouvons étrange qu'il n'ait pas l'information de l'arrivée précédente dans cette chambre. 2ème tentative OK. Il ne fait pas très chaud dans la chambre mais un petit soufflant électrique est à dispo. La chasse d'eau fonctionne une fois puis plus de réponse lorsque l'on appuie. Système D pour éviter un aller-retour supplémentaire à la réception. Serviettes de bain en quantité, draps propre, chambre propre et accueillante dans l'ensemble (raccord sol-bac de douche un peu sale) L'eau chaude met du temps à venir, la douche est spacieuse. Grand lit, tête de lit jolie, déco agréable. Petite TV qui fonctionne. Nuit paisible après le feu d'artifice de la fête du village. Petit déj copieux et bien achalandé. Quelques produits du terroir (fromages notamment) Le soleil illumine déjà les Orgues de Bort. Je fais un saut sur la terrasse qui surplombe la Dordogne: magique! Prix du petit déj passé à 10€

Du très bon et des déceptions

Voilà un hôtel qui souffle le chaud et le froid... Les plus Restaurant Terrasse Cocktails (8€) accueil Et petit déjeuner d'excellente qualité avec de très bons produits régionaux (un coup de coeur) Et les moins Le bruit... impossible de faire une grasse mat... Les chambres non rénovées sont très veillotes

Quelques aspects très excellents, mais quelques loupés de taille ! du côté excellent, la literie et le confort de la chambre, malgré la petite taille. Les ratés : Le spa : en fait, il faut réserver à l'avance et c'est 50 euros. La douche : le réceptionniste nous dit qu'il faut faire couler l'eau 10 à 15 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude ??? !!! et les pommeaux de douches changent de couleur lorsque l'on gaspille de l'eau. Cherchez l'erreur ! Bref pas de spa et pas d'eau chaude. Un bon séjour tout de même

UN SEJOUR DE REVE

Un trés bon séjour avec un service exceptionnel. L'accueil fut extraordinaire. Une gentillesse au service du client. Le restaurant, les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels. Le SPA est très relaxant. La situation de l'hôtel est très appréciable. Mais surtout la dame qui accueil et gère les clients est exceptionnelle. D'une gentillesse et dynamisme sans pareil. Hate d'y revenir

Séjour à Bort les Orgues

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche du Centre ville, où nous avons pu effectuer une promenade à pieds. Personnel très agréable et efficace. Notre chambre (petite mais confortable) était malheureusement située sur une rue passante.
