"Very good breakfast "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Botanik. We stayed for 13 nights and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it! Lovely staff, room was very clean and spacious and was regularly serviced with free bottled water also supplied on a daily basis. It’s located in a perfect position for exploring being very close to the subway stations and right by the really lovely Cheonggyecheon Stream which we walked quite a few times (at night it’s comes alive with lighting and the waterfall at the end it fabulous) Thank you to the staff at the Botanik for making our trip special, we would definitely stay again if we ever come back!"

"We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. When we finally got the new room, the fridge was wobbly & had a hard time using it. The bathroom sink & tub had some rust around the faucets & the ceiling ventilation cover didn’t fully close. Overall the room was beautiful but I could see that it needed a bit up-keeping… "
