"My family which consisted of 2 kids stayed for at Casa Mia Suites for 2 nights. We loved the property immediately with its Spanish hacienda decor. Thereʻs an open-air courtyard and rooftop terrance with plentiful lounge seating. The views are specular! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Front desk lobby has free daily coffee, tea and a water dispenser jug. The location is great, very close & walkable to the centro area. Our junior suite came with a trundle bed for the kids which worked out fine since they are young. It was nice to have a small kitchenette with mini-fridge & microwave which all the rooms have on the property. Upper rooms have either sitting area or private terrace. Couple of downsides was that the bedsheets were not throughly clean. We were given new sheets immediately and were told that linens were sent to a laundry service. Not the fault of the property but still something to consider. Also the bathroom was completely wet from each shower since there was no curtain to keep the water from coming out. It made the floor very slippery and dangerous. Besides those two issues, we would stay there again and would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. A great stay with an extremely helpful and caring staff. Breakfasts were superb with great choices. Waitstaff was efficient and fun. Rooms were clean and kept clean by helpful staff with smiles on their faces. Location is close to Centro without congestion & noise. We were very happy with our stay"

"The staff was very accommodating; we arrived a little early to check in, but they accommodated and had us check in early. The room was beautifully decorated especially our bed. We weren’t pleased with the continental breakfast which consisted of a hot drink or juice and some fruit. If you wanted something else from the menu there was an extra charge. We tried the menu one day, but were not pleased with it and decided to have breakfast elsewhere in San Miguel de Allende. The location was about 10 minutes away from zona centro which was a plus."

"Excellent property. 2 streets away from the main Plaza and church. Property is actually 3 homes (one convent) adjoined and converted into a hotel. It is over 500 years old! Beautifully mantained. AC in rooms works very well. 65 inch TV in room. We also had an outside patio (we stayed in Jazmin room ). Nice breakfasts. Beautiful dinners. Mole making class was awesome. Only drawback (and it is a minor one, for many hotels in the area have the same problem) is that there is no parking on the premises. Valet parking is always available, just be midful that it takes about 30 minutes to get your car after it is requested. Otherwise, just awesome."
