"We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor. "

"This little beauty is quintessential Mexican throughout! Arrived late and greeted by staff offering a lovely cup of tea to take off the evening chill. Fruit bowl, bun and cofffee was great the next day. It’s an adorable hotel with great staff!"

Mención especial a la comida, espectacular, tanto en en el restaurante LaFRida (cocina de autor) chef Anaisa Guevara, con su experiencia , calidad y originalidad sin duda supera cocinas de algunos importantes restaurantes, que cuentan con estrella Michelin. Desayuno en Casa Bistro (restaurant mas informal) pero también una muy grata experiencia. Aun sin hospedarse en el hotel, LaFRida deberá ser una parada obligada en San Miguel, felicitaciones sinceras a ella y a Carlos Arriaga Director de alimentos y bebidas. Habitación muy cómoda y con muchos detalles. El Spa, sensacional, personal muy profesional, gran momento. Decoración e instalaciones también con excelente gusto, elegante, cómodo con evocación a la cultura y arte del Lugar. Un lugar para volver, gracias por el esmero de hacer una estadía memorable. "El hotel es nuevo, moderno y bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar la noche cómodo y con tranquilidad. Incluso tiene calefacción que en estos dias tan fríos fue de mucha ayuda. El personal es amable y muy servicial. Además ya tiene el restaurante donde se desayuna rico. También el precio y calidad del hotel son muy buenos y por eso muy recomendados para otras personas El único detalle que no nos gustó mucho fue la parte del baño donde está la regadera. Ésta abierta y sinceramente bañándose uno siente el calor de agua y de lado opuesto el frío que entonces entraba.... pero es un detalle pequeño porque entiendo que es la temporada invernal y hace algo de frío "
