This hotel is in new condition and very clean Rooms are very spacious even for a family of 4 with serval bags. One thing the management could work on is the overall friendliness of the staff. Some service personnel really didnā€™t measure up to the friendly standards That is typical in Mexiico .

The room was nice, the staff was helpful, and I had a pleasant stay. My only ā€œcomplaintā€ (not really a complaint, just a logistical issue), is the location relative to the town of SMA where all the action is. Itā€™s definitely too far to walk, so you must take the (free) shuttle into town and then uber back at night. The property itself is lovely, no complaints at all.

Your hotel is lovely, the staff is amazing!!! You do not have a free breakfast on the contrary the only if to the hotel I would say is that the restaurant I felt was very costly compared to other options around town. Other than that our stay was exceptional thank you

The front desk needs to be friendlier to the guests. They were not very welcoming and did not speak unless spoken to. They were constantly glued to their phones. Kudos to the maids for picking up the slack and being friendly and welcoming.

I love love the contemporary design of the hotel! The pool and patio area were stunning to sit and enjoy the evening. The staff was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. I love that the key card for your room only allowed you to go on your floor. A great safe place for a wanderer like myself. Easy to get a cab. Price was great! Breakfast was so good!

The albor hotel is really nice , design and new . The room was spacious and perfectly clean . There is a restaurant on site . Location is good if you have a car . We found easily spaces to park on san miguel .They have a shuttle to drop you in town . 10 minutes to go . We stays 2 nights in june and the hotel was empty then it was perfect for us . If you don't want to be in the noise , go there .

The property itself is new and clean. Staff was excellent and attentive. Beds were awesome very comfortable. At night I felt like I was sleeping on my own bed. My only complain was the pool was not clean. It needed more attention . The water did not have chlorine smell at all, also it would have been nice if the rooms had a small fridge. We had to go get ice from the bar and I do t like using ice on my drinks.
