"We enjoyed all the pools, beaches and restaurants. We had great service at the Faro restaurant, and the staff there was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and on our last day there we even received a thank you card from the staff. My complaint is that I wish they would have an early check-in for guests whose flights are early in the morning. Instead of being honest and saying our room wouldn't be ready till 3, they told us to check back every couple of hours. Our room was still not ready...

"This is a nice property nestled right on the beach. Booming kids club and kid’s activities. Unfortunately, very inconsistent service from wait staff at the beach, in restaurants, and all service providers. The property was not nearly as clean as other properties we have stayed at and it seemed to need a refresh. That said, most of the restaurants were delicious with the exception of the buffet. We had fun but not a 5 star experience. "
