"Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff"

"Wonderful property with very friendly staff. Would stay here again. "

"Restaurant food was exceptionally good as was the service. Staff were friendly and efficient!"

"Good stay, as always, but property could use some sprucing up. Great place for a low key chill. I'll be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return here when in Cozumel. It was clean, secure, great location, and completely hassle-free. We got to enjoy Cozumel with lots of space and it felt like a second home."

"Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. The staff outside letting you in and out are very nice, polite and helpful. I felt safe inside the property as a solo woman traveler, but I wanted to be able to walk on the beach at night from my room. I just couldn't...

"Hello this was an awesome place in fact I'm coming back for 2.5 weeks from May 1st - May19th and wondered if I could get a discount on the room as I really can't afford $80 plus per night, can we work something out?"

Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "Great customer service and clean areas"

"We felt nice and secluded from the tourism but close enough. Great spot if you rent a car or buggy to get around !"

"The staff was friendly and the room super clean. It is a small no frills place but nice. "

"Great staff and breakfast buffet."

"Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is included and very good choices. Having breakfast included is a great perk to start your day! AC worked well and is very much needed! Location is fantastic! All in all, great place to stay!"

"We had a very comfortable stay the staff is very friendly and location is great"

"The staff was super helpful and kind"

"We stayed for 2 weeks. The view is amazing. The pool with sea view very enjoyable. The staff was amazing, always prompt to help with anything we needed. Only one mile away from the ferry and main downtown. The walking is easy and safe. We will be back next year."
