"Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Nice room overlooking the lagoon. It is an old property which has been renovated. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels, good products in the bathroom. Thank you for the wine and chocolates! The hit freshly baked cookies in the evening were delicious. Cosy lobby. Breakfast could be tastier and improved. It was a great effort at a buffet, but the quality could be better. Hotter coffee, riper fruit, tastier frittata .. Overall good stay."

"Our family of 5 had a great time staying here! Our oldest stayed in the 2nd room, our 10yo slept on the pullout, and our 8yo slept on the couch. Both beds, the pullout, and the couch were very comfortable. The home was well appointed, and the garden was amazing. The best part for our daughters was that the gate in the backyard opened to a small community dog park with a playground. All of the dogs were friendly, and everyone in the neighborhood was extremely welcoming to our family. The opportunity to play with a half dozen friendly dogs was a great start and end to their days!The home served as a great base camp for both San Francisco and Muir Woods National Monument, both about 20 minutes away. It was nice to be able to enjoy all the city had to offer without staying directly in the city. Thank you Thea for sharing your home with us!"

"Great place to stay. Only drawback is we booked for 8 people and the fourth bedroom is a sofabed which was not even made up. It really should be a bed in there - or set up nicely beforehand when we paid extra for 8. Also only 7 pillows in the whole house. Really should be two per person. And only 6 wine glasses. Tara was very responsive and ordered more so hopefully this will be rectified for future stays! They just didn’t arrive in time for us. Parking also limited for a place for 8. Only 3 spaces."

"Lovely place to stay, very comfortable and well equipped. Very small fridge, which I didn't notice in the photos but it was still large enough to get by for a week's stay. I sleep with ear plugs, so any fridge compressor noise was not an issue but I would recommen"
