"All staff was helpful. Breakfast area was quite spacious, food was well arranged and it never was crowded at the various stations. The only issue was small but important to me. I need an extra washcloth for my eyes. I requested one and when we returned to our room instead of three (2+1) there was one. Next day made the same request. Next day had to make the request again. I guess there was a communication problem. We did spend four nights and found the facilities well thought out. Thank you for good holiday stay. "

The beds were not comfortable, particularly the sofa bed was pretty tough. Overall it really met our needs and we had everything we needed but recommend reading all the details to make sure it works for you before booking. "
