"Nancy is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She is a wonderful host. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this truly beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. There was no problem parking and the stairs were easy to navigate. The pullout sofa bed is very comfortable and so is the bed in the bedroom. The tiles in the bathroom are absolutely beautiful. There is also a long deck that runs the length of the suite. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The property was exactly as advertised, and had everything we needed for our trip! The hosts Greg and Deb provided a wealth of helpful information leading up to and throughout our stay. The views from the main living space and deck were spectacular, as were views from the Muir Beach lookout across the street, and while driving up and down Highway 1. Our boys also enjoyed the loft spaces in the property. Easy access to/from San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. "The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were even some basic supplies, such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Loved the pine furniture and artwork. And access to a washer/dryer was wonderful!However, the heating and cooling did not seem to work. The house would get very hot during the day (77-79 degrees) and very cold at night (62-64 degrees). Suggest an outside awning or window coverings on the west-facing dining room exposure. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cottage and would absolutely return. The location is exceptional, just steps from a lovely restaurant, a short walk to the beach, and an easy drive to some of the area’s most beautiful sights.The cottage itself was charming, bright, and incredibly inviting. I especially loved spending quiet time outside in the peaceful yard with a cup of tea. The natural light throughout the space was refreshing, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with dishes and essentials, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.The only issue during my stay was access to the private parking area. The driveway is enclosed on the property and accessed through a wooden fence gate, which is simple enough, but the entrance was repeatedly blocked by cars parking in front of it despite the posted sign. When I arrived, I had to wait before I could pull in, and on my second day I had planned to drive to Point Reyes but was unable to get my car out because a truck was blocking the driveway. Unfortunately, I had to change my plans, and it also led me to leave earlier than usual on checkout day out of concern that I might be blocked in again. A cone, large rock, or another clear barrier at the driveway entrance might help prevent this.Aside from that issue, the stay was wonderful."
