"Decent gym and staff really nice. Very handy for centre of town but right next to the red light area and lots of issues with homeless people very nearby. Air Con didn’t work and the plug in the sink was broken. Also we left early this morning and there was no hot water for our shower….. It’s a decent hotel but we were jus a bit unlucky I think!"
